Hotel Policies At Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Atlantic Palms Hotel, Suites, and Condos



A Deposit of the first room night plus applicable taxes/fees will be charged at the time of booking. All reservations are charged a $30 cancellation fee if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. Reservations canceled within the 14 days prior to arrival would have a cancellation penalty of the forfeiture of the full deposit collected. If the credit card declines for the deposit amount that is required, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at the hotel management discretion.


Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This hotel requires that the credit card that remains on file is a Major Credit Card or a Debit Card linked to a bank checking account and must be swiped and obtained upon check-in to be used for incidentals. The hotel reserves the right at their discretion to obtain an authorization against the card left on file for the purpose of incidentals in an amount at the discretion of hotel management. Pre-Paid or Re-Loadable cards can NOT be accepted as a card for incidentals. If a Major Credit or Debit Card linked to a bank checking account is unavailable to be used for incidentals at check-in, then a $250 Cash Deposit would then be required to check-in which would be directly refundable upon check out once the room has been inspected and there are no issues or damage to the unit.


Please note this hotel requires that guests must be 21 years old or older to check-in, and be the responsible party to rent the unit. The responsible party must stay for the full duration of the stay. Furthermore, the primary person registered to the guest room is responsible for any person(s) within the registered room including visitors and any damage that they may incur during your stay.

Please remember that Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Atlantic Palms Hotel, Suites, and Condos is a 100% Non-Smoking Hotel. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated areas on the property. A $200 fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the event you are found to be smoking in your room or other non-smoking areas within the building.


Our Hotel has a strict NO PET Policy. Registered Service Animals are permitted as required by law and must be indicated at check-in on your room registration form. If an unauthorized pet is/was in the unit, the credit card on file will be charged a $200 pet cleaning recovery fee. Any actual damage to the room unrelated to cleaning whether authorized or unauthorized will result in additionals charges for repair or replacement of the item(s) damaged.


All food and clothing must be removed prior to your departure from the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Any excess garbage or cleaning within the guestroom including dirty dishes will result in additional charges to your bill. Any missing towels, linens, or other items from within the guest room will result in additional charges for replacement as well.


The Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Atlantic Palms Hotel, Suites, and Condos issue ONE parking pass per reservation except for Two and Three Bedroom Condos which are permitted TWO parking passes. Parking Passes must be visible at all times when parked on the premises (TOWING ENFORCED). Handicapped Parking Spaces (Placard/Plate Required) is available underneath the hotel building with elevator access. Vehicle license plate number/make/ model/and color will be required at check-in.

Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the swimming pools without adult supervision.


Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.
